There are few complexes, hotels or condos in Destin that are as beloved as Maravilla. With entrances from Scenic Gulf Drive and US Highway 98, Maravilla is very easy to access. Unit 2409 is in building 2 with a direct beach front view. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. This condo is offered at the lowest rate available for our Maravilla Gulf front rentals. Guests love being able to have a great view of both the pool and the beach from this unit. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.

We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla 2409 is close to many of the best Destin and Miramar Beach attractions. Restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's are within walking distance, offering local seafood and beachfront dining. Outdoor activities and shopping options, including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard are minutes away. If you forgot something you need for the beach, Alvin's Island is just a couple of blocks down Scenic Gulf Drive.



Grocery stores are located close by including Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart (2-4 miles from Maravilla). If you want ice cream or special coffee, there are shops within walking distance or a bike ride away (Dairy Queen, Bruster's, Bad Ass Coffee, Starbucks). A scenic 5-mile trail along Scenic Gulf Drive is ideal for biking, jogging, and sunset strolls.



Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters.
