Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen neuen Flachbild-TV. Es gibt ein komplettes Bad (Dusche / Badewanne) Combo an den Master angeschlossen. Der Flur hat zwei Etagenbetten schön versteckt, mit einer Dusche in ein anderes Bad anschließt und einen Stapel-Lage Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Gehen Sie in die offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich, und es ist Ihre Millionen-Dollar-Blick! Entspannen auf dem Balkon und genießen Sie eines der wenigen ein Zimmer in Majestic Sun mit weiten Osten Aussicht. Sie werden nicht verlassen wollen!

Majestic Sun ist ein herrliches Gebäude mit großen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter ein Indoor / Outdoor-Pool, der in den Wintermonaten beheizt wird. Sie und Ihre Familie kann immer noch ein erfrischendes Bad genießen, wenn Sie zu viel Sonne gehabt haben oder wollen weg von einem regnerischen Nachmittag zu bekommen. Majestic Sun hat auch 2 Whirlpools, ein Golf mit Blick auf ein Fitnesscenter und deeded Zugang zum Strand.

Unser Büro befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von Majestic Sun gelegen, so dass wir hier für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse sind, ob Sie Empfehlungen für Angeltouren, Golf wollen, oder Restaurants.

Mit dieser Vermietung, sind Sie mit zwei Liegen und einen Schirm in Ihrer Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, die Sie an den Strand zu nehmen, anstelle der lokalen Strand-Service-Operator $ 40 pro Tag zu verbringen!

That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I get two weeks a year vacation and was really looking forward to some relaxing time off. We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!

We are huge fans of the Mirimar Beach area so we loved our location. The condo was nice but a little dated. We did notice however that it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived as there was loose hair on the bathroom(s) floors. The view from our balcony was truly amazing! We would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

It had to be totally locked. Another disappointment was that the screen sliding glass door going out to our deck was torn almost completely off the frame. It needed to be re screened totally. The choice of leaving the glass door open was useless... Glass door had to always be closed. Wasn't at all what was expected at that fee. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
