The condo rental has one bedroom, comfortable living space, a gulf view balcony, and access to condo complex amenities. With bonus sleeping space, the condo can comfortably host up to six vacationers.

Upon stepping foot in this paradise rental, you’ll immediately feel all the beach vibes. Seafoam-toned paint covers the walls to create a soothing, beachy feel. Coastal décor adds to the relaxed atmosphere. A set of sliding glass doors on one end of the living area boasts incredible views of the beach and smooth gulf waves. The glass doors lead to a furnished balcony for enjoying the views while sipping a refreshing margarita and chatting with your fellow guests. A comfortable seating ensemble includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, a patterned armchair, and a gray ottoman in the living room. The entire setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted atop a white shelving unit. A round, glass-topped table and four blue cushioned chairs provide a casual dining location. The open kitchen overlooks the living and dining area. It features stainless steel appliances, spacious cabinetry, pendant lighting, granite countertops, and a raised bar with stool seating. A pretty beach painting adds a pop of color to the space.

The condo’s bedroom boasts a king-size bed, light wood furnishings, beach wall décor, a sunny window, and a TV. The room has its own ensuite bath. Additional sleeping accommodations are found in the form of a twin bunk nook in the hallway, which has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

An advantage of booking a stay at Majestic Sun is that guests enjoy access to a variety of condo complex amenities. One of these is the acclimatized indoor/outdoor swimming pool, which overlooks the beach. Whether swimming indoors or outside under the sun, this is the perfect way to feel refreshed and relaxed while on vacation. There are also two hot tubs for enhanced relaxation. Grills and outdoor seating make it easy for guests to serve tasty vacation meals and enjoy them in the perfect coastal weather. Other amenities include a fitness center with cardio machines, tennis courts, and a basketball court spread throughout Seascape Resort. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
