Rental Policies & Requirements:
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent
• All guests must follow home and HOA rules
• No smoking and no pets; violators will be fined $500
• Valid driver’s license required for all persons over 18 staying at the rental
• Copy of each guest’s insurance card required to operate golf cart
• $500 golf cart deposit held three days before arrival; released five days after departure if no damage is reported
• Signed rental agreement with Coastline required prior to stay

Management & Terms:
Coastline Real Estate & Property Management Group, LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at its sole discretion for safety or property protection. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated refund for unused occupancy will be provided.
