Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views spanning the coastline's sugar-white sands and emerald-green water. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Ariel Dunes, I offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 12,000sf pool featuring zero entry, and a spacious deck for lounging and catching rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Visit Seascape Towne Center within the Seascape Resort! This 55,000-square-foot lakeside development features shopping, dining, and entertainment for the whole family. Ariel Dunes is located near the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet, featuring over 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.


Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex conveniently located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, near both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For those with a taste for high-end shopping, the center offers a range of stores, from the Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. If you're near Miramar Beach, snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet directly offshore from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (near Pompano Joe's), this reef is becoming a haven for sea life. The Dolphin Reef is part of a larger network of four snorkeling reefs, covering 40 acres of permitted sea bottom, and is situated at a depth of 12-20 feet.
