Relaxing Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher and a hardworking husband! The views were great from every location! We especially enjoyed the master bedroom view and the beautiful furnishings! The mattress is very comfortable and supportive... not too hard, and the sheets were soft and luxurious! Although this room is warmer with the large windows, we found a white fan in the closet and sat it on top of the chest. We turned it up on high and it quickly solved the issue. We also thought the bathrooms were so nice and had great views! The layout of the condo is ideal and the kitchen was also beautiful. You really can't go wrong with this one! We live in nearby Okaloosa County and wanted somewhere peaceful on the beach to rest and rejuvenate from our jobs, and this could not have been more perfect. The owners decorated very beautifully! The condo location is quiet...in the corner on the 18th floor, the views were amazing, and we were able to get some much needed rest away from the busyness of everyday work life! Thank you for a peaceful getaway! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful FL trip!

This our second time in Sandestin. The first time we were at Beachside one (in a condo from the same property owner) and this time we were in Beachside 2. The condo was perfect. I was worried about “elevator wait times” since we were on the 18th floor, but we had no issues at all!! Great condo. Loved beachside two (although my kids prefer the pool at beachside one).The location couldn’t be more perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a big plus!

Spring Break

The property was exactly as listed. The condo was so clean, great location and perfect for our family of 5 during Spring Break. The beach chairs are a great addition so that you don't have to pay to reseve some at the beach! My only suggestion would be to have a salt & pepper shaker in the kitchen. We bought some groceries to cook breakfast and didn't buy any salt/pepper assuming there would be some at the condo. Unfortunately, didn't realize this until cooking breakfast. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed.

Senior Fall Break

Our condo was clean and as beautiful in person as it was on the web site. The only complaint was the master bed was a little soft for me but I think that’s a personal preference. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed using the beach chairs. Overall we would definitely rent this condo again and appreciate that it was exactly as described on line.

Great views!

This condo in one of the older condo buildings has been updated very well. The furnishings and decor were lovely and comfortable. One of the best features are the views! You have a view of water from every window, one view out to the beautiful Gulf waters and the other a view of Choctawhatchee Bay, looking toward Baytown Village. We were able to watch fireworks at Baytown from the condo! My only negative is that the sliding glass doors needed a good cleaning - so you can see the views even better. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Beautiful Condo with Million $ Views

We have been traveling to the 30A / Sandestin area for 15 years. We always insist on staying beachside as my wife loves to wake up sit on the balcony and enjoy her coffee watching the sunrise over the beautiful turquoise waters. This property is beautiful. The decor and furniture are first class and not a penny spared on furnishing the condo. The location is everything you could ask for. Beachfront so it’s a walk out the back door and you’re steps to the beach! The ONLY negative of this unit is it lacks blackout window shades so at 5am the sun light is pouring in even with the shades drawn. If the unit had blackout shades it would be a 10/10. I have to downgrade my overall rating to a 9.9999/10. 😉 We will be back and this will be our first choice property.
