„Excellent service, beautiful suite, great location,“

„We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.“

„Friendly staff good location felt like home away from home.“

„Amable y muy limpio “

„Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets ...

„It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .“

„Lovely place in the city center. Staff was friendly and the rooms nice. It was only really cold in the room. There is no possibility to heat the room. We also had only cold water in the shower. The breakfast was tasty and the service friendly “

„It was the worst night of my life There was a lot of noise during the whole night I was not able to get any sleep I was about to leave the hotel at 3am but they were not willing to give me my money back so I stayed that night The worst part was that when I complained multiple times about the situation they did not do anything about it“

„Sehr schönes City-Hostal in authentischem Gebäude.
