You will have this entire unit completely to yourself. It has a private entry and a huge private porch for you to enjoy! Please note that this unit has 3 bedrooms total and we offer it as a 2 bedroom for those who do not need the 3rd bedroom and would like to save some money. With the property being a historic home built almost 170 years ago, the home has some creaky boards and steps leading to the upper units. It is possible that footsteps and noises are heard from the above units.
