Welcome to The Gather House! We want you to feel at home and have a great stay. Please help us take care of the home and be respectful of our neighbors.
Registered guests only. No parties, events, or additional overnight guests without prior approval.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor and indoor noise at a respectful level, especially at night.
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. Please smoke only outdoors and dispose of waste properly.
No pets unless approved in advance.
Parking: Please use the designated driveway/garage parking and avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or mailboxes.
Shoes: Please remove wet, muddy, or snowy shoes at the entrance.
Kitchen: You`re welcome to cook. Please clean up spills and excessive messes and don`t pour grease down the drains.
Furniture: Please don`t move large furniture or beds without permission.
Children: Children are welcome, but the home is not represented as childproof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision.
Damage: Please let us know promptly if something is damaged or isn`t working. Accidents happen, and early notice helps us address them quickly.
Security: Please lock doors and windows whenever you leave the property.
No illegal activity or disruptive behavior on the property.
Checkout: Place used towels in the designated area, dispose of trash as instructed, and make sure doors and windows are secured. No need to strip beds or do excessive cleaning—we`ll take care of that.
