We wish to formally inform you that, in accordance with the building’s operational policies and scheduled seasonal maintenance, the pool facility will be closed and inaccessible from September 7, 2025, through May 25, 2026.
This routine, annual closure is necessary to ensure the ongoing safety, upkeep, and proper maintenance of the facility during the colder months. It also allows management to preserve the high standards of hygiene and functionality expected by all residents and guests.
We recognize that the pool is a valued amenity, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Guest access Guests have full access to the unit during their stay, including:

Guest Verification & Check-In
• Mandatory Screening: All guests must complete a screening process before check-in, which includes:

• Signed rental agreement
• Check-In Form: Required by building management. The form will be sent after booking confirmation and must be completed prior to arrival.
Local Guest Policy
• Guests residing within 50 miles of the property must book a minimum 2-night stay.

Pet Policy
• Pets allowed (cats/dogs only) with prior approval.
• Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
• $12 per pet, per day – must be added to the reservation before arrival.
• Undeclared pets will result in:
• $500 unauthorized pet fee per pet
• $1,000 if more than 2 pets or restricted breeds are discovered.
Restricted Breeds: Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs/Mastiffs, and Bulldogs are not allowed due to building policy.

• Early check-in / Late check-out: $25 per hour (must be pre-approved and prepaid)

Thermostat Use
To avoid HVAC damage:
• Do not set the thermostat below 67°F when cooling
• Do not set it above 75°F when heating
Deviating from these ranges may damage the system and cause delays in restoring heating or cooling.
No Parties / Unauthorized Guests
• Strict no-party policy
• Noise and smoke detectors are installed (do not record audio)

We stayed for 10 days, and this was a delightful experience all the way through! The place was a lot more spacious than I had expected, and it was very clean, neat, and cozy. I stayed with my Dad and Sister and her little kids, and we all loved it! Plenty to do in and around the building: there is a theater room on the second level where I enjoyed watching Lilo and Stitch with the little ones, while munching on popcorn; on the 17th floor, my dad and I enjoyed the sky lounge and the terrific views on downtown and the Twin Cities; my sister loved the location, with plenty of walkable attractions, restaurants, and shops, and yes Target, which was two blocks away and very convenient to have so near! And best of all this was a perfect base of operation to go discovering and exploring around the Twin Cities with the family! We are already talking about our next Minneapolis family vacation, and we all want to stay at this wonderful place again! The wonderful and responsive hosts of this beautiful property should be proud! P.s. hats off to the Felicia from the front desk! She was ever so kind and helpful, as she helped me find my misplaced phone, after watching Lilo and Stitch with the kiddies in the theater room.

Nice Family Getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We spent the day doing activities and then spent the evenings at the rooftop pool of this property. We're from TheMiddleOfNowhere, Iowa so we enjoyed being in the middle of the city and seeing the lights at night. We had two adults and three kids (17M, 13F, and 5M). The two younger kids shared a bedroom and the oldest took the couch. It was plenty comfortable for us for a few days. Appliances all worked well and the kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, and laundry/dishwasher tablets. There were also pool towels and plenty of bathroom towels. We didn't get a chance to check out any other amenities. Just a note that two of the three elevators go up to the roof. If there isn't a floor 17, use a different elevator to get there. The staff was very friendly and it was just a neat place to be. Great place for a family and probably even better for young couples or groups. We would definitely stay here again.
