„The grounds were beautiful! We loved the waterfall and stream! There were wild blackberries along the trail to the waterfall. The owner was friendly and accommodated us when we had to extend our stay due to car trouble. There are several cool projects he's working on. We would definitely stay here again. “

„Very nice unit with many nice items in kitchen and attractive dishware. No dishwasher. Can hear noise from highway but not a major issue. Compact unit. Our EV (2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5) did not work with the on-site charger but the owner arranged for us to use the charger of a neighbor that worked. Was warm (went in August) so needed to have windows open at night to cool down the unit - no AC. That was ok, just a little warm the first night. Used as a launch pad to visit Lassen and was very good for ...

„We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely consider this property again. There were ample bedrooms and the house is furnished nicely. Beautiful remodeled kitchen with all the amenities we needed. Things to consider- there was some traffic noise in the mornings since the home is right off of a busy side street, but nothing some earplugs couldn’t solve. The house is adjacent to corner store/gas station. For me, not ideal, but my kids thought it was great. Very central to access everything ...

It is conveniently located close to Redding and Lassen National Park (unfortunately the park was mostly closed due to snow when we were there). The living space is comfortable with large windows letting in light and giving a view of the trees. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices, etc. the property owner/manager was very responsive and communicative. Thanks!“

„Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future.“
