„Maids didn't make the beds, empty the trash, etc. during a 3 night stay. We had to call the front desk to get toilet paper, clean towels etc.“

„As good as can be expected. The Pool Club occupancy needs to be limited. It was standing room only in and around the pool. Hotel guests don’t stand a chance. We reserved lounged chairs but still .. trash cans were overflowing. Staff gave it there all but it was a no win situation for them. I stood in line at the bar for a drink and gave up after 30 min. The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed.“

„Sauber und ruhig, gutes Bett“

„Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Zimmer, die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Nur das Hotelpersonal war nicht besonders hilfsbereit, wir wollten den Gäste-PC nutzen, dieser hat aber nicht funktioniert, die Dame am Check-In meinte nur kurz, dies sei schon länger der Fall., dann hat sie sich wieder mit ihrer Kollegin unterhalten und ließ uns stehen. Da uns auch das Stadtviertel nicht besonders gefallen hat - sehr modern und ohne "Atmosphäre", werden wir nächstes mal wieder ein ...

„Schöne große und saubere Zimmer, leider Zimmerreinigung „on request“ hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Nachfrage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und kein Bett gemacht etc. Besonders zu empfehlen ist in der Stadt das Monument Pioneer Courage mit vielen Bronzestatuen zur Reise der Pioniere, das Museum in der alten Union Station und der Zoo.“

„Versehentlich habe ich dieses Hotel für vier Tage waehrend der Hauptversammlung von Berkshire gebucht. Glücklicherweise gibt es Uber, wo der Transfer einfach und kostengünstig ist. “

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “
