„This was a lovely stay in Stanton Saint John! The cottage is clean, very nicely decorated and has enough space for 4 people. It was so nice to be able to use the garden in the summer weather on lazy days. Otherwise use the bus for a trip to Oxford or London. The Rectory Farm shop is very close and offers very fresh fruit and veg. You can even pick your own strawberries etc. We loved our stay in Oxfordshire. THANK YOU! Would absolutely recommend.“

Wir haben zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht, wobei die meisten innerhalb einer halben bis ganzen Stunde zu erreichen waren. Mein Tipp: der National Trust Touring Pass. Die Sitz- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Außerdem lässt es sich nicht leugnen, dass zwei Straßen das Grundstück einsäumen, was ...

„Had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. The location was great, right next to beautiful walks, a lovely village and local pub. Having the wood burner was the magic touch. Only few things I would say. There is no microwave. The heating came on very early and made a tapping noise which woke us up and the hot tub was a wood fire one and despite us constantly going out and topping up the fire we couldn’t get it to temperate. I appreciate it was cold but for whole stay we didn’t go in it so ...

„We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed ...
