„The appartment could do with a new modern bathroom/power shower and kitchen. The shower is terrible, zero water pressure and impossible to sustain desired temperature. I gave up, and decided to sit in the empty bath and wash from the mixer tape, no time to fill up a bath. The kitchen looks ok, it's not until you use it that you notice it could do with a refurb. „The property we stayed in was different from the one we originally chose because of issues? When we arrived there was no one to meet us, the house was freezing. There was no welcome folder telling us how things worked. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The toilet downstairs did not flush until the button had been pushed about ten times. „The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.“

"Unfortunately the breakfast was not good, on the fruits and vegetables where fruit flies and the bread were not good. The rooms are quite nice and the bed really comfortable. "

"Basic hotel stuff is missing: No hair dryer, no toilet brush, no kettle, no tea or instant coffee, 0 storage options - just the floor and 2 coat hangers. Matress was horrific in both the rooms we stayed in. Floor might have been more comfortable. You definitely don't want to walk to the hotel at night as a woman - sketchy area. AC was leaking and flooding the room, but we got a new room very quickly - nice staff. Just the rooms are missing a lot of the stuff that you get in every other hotel and your back will definitely hurt after staying there. I recommend to avoid."
