Kitchen and Living Space

The living space is furnished with a double sofa-bed in front of a flat screen TV, as well as a dining table that sits four. This space is naturally well lit thanks to the French windows that open onto a pretty balcony with a courtyard view. The open-plan kitchen is well accessorised with plenty of electric appliances, as well as a foldable wall-mounted table.



Bedroom and Bathroom

The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed with a bedside table on each side. You will also find a wide full-length closet to the left, and a spacious chest of drawers at the foot of the bed. Thanks to a second set of French windows, this room also has great natural lighting throughout the day. In the bathroom, you will find an elegant enclosure shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin, as well as a large mirror.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
