Welcome to our fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Located in the heart of Milan, on via Maroncelli, near the Garibaldi and Moscova metro stations, 10 minutes from the Duomo di Milano and the main attractions. Air conditioning in every room, fast WiFi, smart-TV, washer, dryer and an equipped kitchen, with a large terrace where you can eat or relax (the whole flat faces the inner yard). Free parking at "Parcheggio XXV Aprile" for your entire stay (we're just outside Area C).

The property
Our serene flat, nestled in a historic building, faces a tranquil inner courtyard and a spacious terrace. Located just minutes away from Piazza XXV Aprile, Corso Como, and Corso Garibaldi, our flat merges the energy of Milan's modern life with its rich cultural heritage; despite its central location, the flat is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay. Both bedrooms feature comfortable 160x200 beds and private bathrooms, one being en-suite, providing all necessities for a carefree stay. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, offering a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, and a variety of utensils and appliances. For your convenience, the apartment includes a dedicated washer and dryer, available for you to use! If you're traveling by car, we're located outside the "Area C," offering fee-less access with nearby underground parking options. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our apartment is perfectly positioned for you to explore and enjoy Milan's attractions and comforts.

Guest access
The entire apartment will be at your disposal, and a washer and dryer are located in the flat for private use. The main door is an armored door, and the room windows are fitted with wooden louvered shutters. A doorman is on hand if you need anything: Monday to Saturday, 8:00–12:00. The kitchen leads to a private terrace, ideal for dining or relaxing during the summer months. Please note that the flat is on the first floor without an elevator, and the stairs may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you need assistance with your luggage, please let us know, and we will arrange for someone to help you both on your arrival and departure dates. If you are coming by car, you will be able to use the parking garage "Parcheggio XXV Aprile" (located a few minutes away from the listing) at no additional cost!

Other details
When booking please let us know as your arrival and departure times, so that we can organize accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. So let us know before you arrive so that we can find a solution which is best for you! Also please let us know should you have any special need or request we need to know before your arrival and we will do everything possible to make it happen!

HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Quiet hours are 20:00-08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Only registered guests may enter; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests.

An exterior security camera records the apartment entrance and external common areas, not the apartment interior. A noise decibel monitor measures sound levels without recording audio.
