one of the worst and strangest experiences I've ever had.
there is no sign
there are no instructions on the door.
You arrive and there is nothingness.
A person comes out from the building and asks if he has ever heard the name of the B&B: he replies NO!
To find the number you have to search in emails (on your mobile phone you know that the search is not satisfactory)
You call a number, written on invoice, after 6pm they only answer in English. Luckily I speak it....
You must therefore have a telephone connection, it is not certain that everyone who arrives will have it at that moment.
I ask if I'm in the right place and they ask you to pay tourist taxes first... Meanwhile you are outside the door and there is no roof. you are with the bags, it might rain...
They send you an email with a link (you must have connection), you pay the city taxes. You pay them with your credit card (you could pay them first then!!).
You get an email. click on the link and the door opens. Come in.
You're looking for your room. You can't find it. In the email, boring and small written instructions tell you where to go. Eventually you find it and enter... This process requirs an hour....
It's possible that it couldn't be better organized with a table or sign, avoid such verbose emails and think that a customer could have arrived from abroad and still have no connection or telephone.
In the end the place is also beautiful and well maintained, but the organization is completely lacking.
