„From booking, paying, checking in, our accommodation to checking out was seamless. The apartment was so clean and tidy. Originally was booked for 2 couples but they couldn't make the trip at the last minute so was just 2 of is in a 2 bed apartment. It would have been so comfortable with the 4 us especially since separate bathrooms. Only fault if you want one is there was no tongs or bbq utensils and there was no instructions on how to use the oven and the remotes but that is being unbelievably ...

„Had problem with the sound on the TV, remote was very basic and did not operate the sound at all. this had to be done by finding the button on the back of the TV and scrolling through the menu to select up and down. Foxtel box did not work at all either, would only switch on but no more functions available. Also, would have been easier to access with a keycard once accessed rather than having to refer to a text message to gain entry into the property each and every time“

„Beaujolais villa was a great spot to stay in for a break in the Hunter Valley, but perhaps not quite as nice as we'd expected it to be. Part of the greater Cypress Lakes Resort, but privately owned and managed by Weekenda, this means that the resort facilities are not included, and so you can't get any support at the main resort centre, and any resort facilities you may want to use will be an extra cost and booking. „All was wonderful except the non flexible check in. We had an event to get to and even though the host was on site for an hour prior to our check-in time they wouldn’t let us in until 1pm sharp which was when our event started. Otherwise a beautiful location with kangaroos visiting near our verandah. “

„Great experience. Just be mindful of the fact that despite of this property being located in the Oaks cypress lake resort it has no access to resort facilities as managed by 3rd party. This should be ideally mentioned before booking. We were mainly hanging around outside so was a great experience!“
