âThe room was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs. Best of all were Matteo- surely the best host on earth! Nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and helpful. Plus- the restaurant had some of the finest food and the most wonderful relaxed atmosphere. I felt that we truly experienced a slice of rural Italy here. Thank you! â

âDas Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, kompetent, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gehört die Abgabe der Entfernung des Hotels von Piediluco richtiggestellt. Es sind nich 1,3 km, sondern mindestens 2,5 km.â

â1) The WiFi is bad. It only worked stable on 1 of 3 devices. The other 2 devices were permanently connected and disconnected.
2) The mentioned breakfast in the hotel`s description isn`t worth its name. It`s tea and coffee from a Nespresso machine in the room, a bit or marmelade and chocolate cream and one croissant per guest. All of it separately packed in plastic.
So we had low quality food and a bunch of trash. And afterwards we still were hungryâ
