Starting September the balconies will be shut from the outside and inaccessible.

Check in:
Upon booking, a picture of every guest`s I.D must be submitted in order to be registered in the system for check-in. One of our staff will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please make sure you send them and give us an Estimated Time of Arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check in. Keep in mind check in time starts 3:00pm.
Early check in depends on availability, cannot be guaranteed.

Check out:
Guest must check out before 11:00 AM. If a guests has not checked out by 11:30 AM, a $200 fee will be charged. If guests is not checked out by 12:30 PM a full nightly rate will be charged.
A late check out depends on availability, must be requested in advanced.
Upon check in you will be provided with 2 key fobs for access. When checking out guest must leave them in the kitchen countertop. Each lost fob will be charged at $100.

Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov`t Issued ID) in order to be able to check in.
We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time.

Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm

*In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply.
Guests must be checked out by 11:00am.

If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged.
As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.

***Parking :

Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building.
Parking rates are :
$11 - 1 hour
$20 - 4 hours
$34 - 24 hours

Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you
NO loud or unusual noises after 11pm or before 7am.
