Bluewater Realty Miami welcomes you to The Grand, located in Downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay. Our brand new 3 bedroom Starstruck! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you could need. Enjoy views of the Miami Skyline and water views of Biscayne Bay. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience.

Located on the 37th floor and facing South, Starstruck! is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers awe-inspiring Miami Skyline and Biscayne Bay water views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Starstruck! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step inside our brand new 3-bedroom condo, Starstruck!, you'll be greeted by an expansive, fully equipped kitchen. With everything you need to channel your inner chef and a Publix grocery store just a block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier. The built-in dining area seats up to six, offering a perfect spot to enjoy your meals while taking in the impressive views. Across from the kitchen, you'll find a coffee bar complete with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.

The open floor plan flows effortlessly into the living room, where you'll find a state-of-the-art streaming TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows and movies. However, the real showstopper is the jaw-dropping views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, visible through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

Step out onto your private furnished balcony to soak up the Miami sun and revel in the stunning views. Our favorite time is when the city lights up at night, creating a magical panorama. From the 37th floor, the Miami downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay views are truly awe-inspiring.

As you make your way down the hallway from the living and dining area, you'll find the second bedroom, featuring two twin-sized beds. The spectacular views from this room provide a dreamlike experience, allowing you to fall asleep to the mesmerizing city lights in the background. For your entertainment, a streaming TV is fully equipped with all your favorite shows and movies. Balcony access just steps away.

Opposite the second bedroom, you'll find a convenient washer and dryer, ensuring that returning home with dirty laundry is not an option.

Across from the washer and dryer setup, you'll find the second full bathroom, designed with a spacious walk-in shower.

The third interior bedroom is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom. While it doesn't have windows, it is the perfect retreat for those who love to sleep in past noon. The room features a built-in wardrobe for ample storage and a glamorous vanity, adding a touch of luxury to the space.

The master bedroom suite is a true gem, situated at the end of the hall and stretching the entire length of the condo. As you enter, the inviting king-sized bed beckons you to collapse onto it after dancing the night away. Waking up to water views from the comfort of your bed makes this bedroom truly unbeatable. Complete with a streaming TV. Just steps away from the bed, balcony access allows you to step outside and savor the breathtaking scenery at any time of day.

The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is generously sized. Across from the walk-in closet, the vanity area offers a perfect spot to get ready without occupying the bathroom.

Speaking of the bathroom, the private master bathroom is a luxurious oasis in itself. Boasting a gorgeous standalone bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, it ensures a pampering bathing experience like no other. Whether you prefer a long, leisurely soak or a refreshing shower, this bathroom has you covered.

Starstruck! is the ultimate 3-bedroom retreat for your next Miami vacation, perfect for groups of friends or family trips alike. From the stunning views to the luxurious amenities, it offers a delightful haven that will quickly become your new home away from home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
- In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
- If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
- Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
- No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
- Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
- THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-  If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
- Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
- Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
- We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
- No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
- There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
- Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
- Must be 21+ to book with us and check in. 
- All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
- At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found. 
- By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)
28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
- $50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
- 24/48 hours business day approval process.
- Emails for each adult.
- Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
- Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
- No prior arrests
-$420.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
