The South of Fifth (SoFi) Neighborhood: South Beach’s Best-Kept Secret!!

South of Fifth, affectionately known as SoFi, is one of the most prestigious and charming neighborhoods in Miami Beach. Located at the southern tip of South Beach, this area is celebrated for its quiet residential streets, historic Art Deco architecture, and close proximity to the ocean and beautiful parks.

Unlike the busier Miami Beach areas farther north, SoFi feels relaxed and refined. Palm-lined streets, low-rise historic buildings, and welcoming cafés give the neighborhood a laid-back yet upscale atmosphere. Guests often describe it as the perfect place to stay—close enough to walk everywhere, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind after a day of exploring.

Here, you can begin your morning with a walk along the ocean, spend the afternoon discovering Miami City, and end the evening dining under the stars—then return to a calm, residential setting that feels like home.

Within walking distance, you’ll find Ocean Drive and the iconic white-sand beaches of South Beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or scenic shoreline strolls. Nearby South Pointe Park offers sweeping ocean views, a picturesque pier, walking paths, and lush green spaces—perfect for morning jogs or sunset walks. The Jewish Museum of Florida, just two minutes away, adds cultural depth and historic charm to the neighborhood.

Beyond the beach, downtown Miami destinations such as Brickell, Wynwood Walls, and the Design District are only 10–15 minutes away by car, offering world-class shopping, art, and nightlife. Miami International Airport is also a short drive, making travel easy and convenient.

For guests looking to explore South Beach, Miami, and beyond, few locations offer the same blend of walkability, beauty, culture, and convenience as SoFi Villas and Garden.

☀️ Guests also have access to a shared, fenced-in Courtyard with a communal dining table with a welcoming tropical atmosphere. This Courtyard space is for Guests staying at the Building only.
