Casa Dior sleeps 15 people in comfortable beds and 4 extras people on air mattress and couch.

The personalized self check-in instructions will be automatically sent the morning of your arrival.

We are offering a self-check-in to give you the outmost privacy, but it doesn’t mean we aren’t available for you if you need any assistance. We are actually available 24/7 for our guests.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)


LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV`s: All of our TV`s are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don`t be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Fridays in the morning so don`t be alarmed.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.

CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market.

NOTE: Victim of its success, please note that our property might show some signs of wear and tear (such as luggages marks on walls) as well as potential minor changes in furniture arrangement (replacement, refreshment). We do ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay for all our guests though.

**Parking:**
Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass or sidewalk is not allowed.

**Party/Noise:**
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we do not allow parties. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

**Smoking:**
Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and is subject to a fine. Please gather your cigarette butts and dispose of them properly—do not throw them in the backyard.

**Cameras:**
For everyone`s safety, there is one outdoor camera. Removal of the camera could result in fines and eviction.
