- Vehicle Retrieval Times:

Due to the location of the designated parking facility, traffic conditions, city events, and the distance between The Crosby and the vehicle storage facility, vehicle retrieval times may vary. The current estimated average retrieval time is 25 to 30 minutes.

- Vehicle Request Procedure

To ensure efficient operations and maintain traffic flow in the valet access area, our service provider, Metropolis, will not be able to keep vehicles waiting or parked curbside while owners or guests arrive to pick them up.
Therefore, owners and guests are requested to request their vehicle no more than 15 minutes before their anticipated departure time.

- Advance Notice Required

*Important: Due to limited parking availability, all owners are requested to notify your Hosts 24 to 48 hours prior to their arrival. This notice will allow us to properly coordinate with the valet parking team and better accommodate parking needs.
