„I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed.“

Hier wird sehr viel Wert auf die kleinen Details gelegt um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen, wie Beispielsweise eine vorbereitet Mappe, Regenschirme, etc.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man fühlte sich sehr sicher.Es lief alles sehr reibungslos ab.Ich würde es immer weiter empfehlen und falls ich wieder in Mailand bin, hier nochmal buchen! :)“

„Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. So convenient to everything and a short bus ride to the Duomo or the opposite direction directly to the airport which picked up just outside of the apartment. „Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and ...

„Property was not very clean. We had to clean it and especially the bedroom. WiFi was very slow, if you need to take video calls and work, it would not support you. Communication and check in process was very good. Pity for the dust and the WiFi“
