„사용했던 수백개의 숙소중 최악이었습니다. 11박 비용으로 약 1,000유로 (약 140만원)의 비싼 요금을 지불했슴에도 수건, 비누샴푸, 화장지등을 첫날만 지급하고 더 이상 주지 않아서 모두 자비로 구입하여 사용해야 했고, 사이즈도 실제는 사진보다 너무 좁아서 아주 불편했습니다. 수전도 추가로 제공이 되지 않아서 매일 세탁하여 말려서 사용하느라 아주 힘들었습니다. 유첨한 사진은 화장지, 샴푸, 비누, 키친타올, 세탁세제등을 모두 자비로 구입하여 사용한 증거입니다. 메트로(지하철)에서 숙소로 걸어가는 약 1Km 의 인도에는 개똥들과 오줌들이 즐비하여 그 더러운 것들을 피해다니느라 힘들었으며 향후 투숙객들은 이런 현실을 미리 알아야 할 것으로 생각되어 후기 올립니다. 절대로 선택해서는 안되는 숙소입니다. “

„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. „Minor communication issues with check-in, as I wasn't sure where the lock box with the key was located at first. Otherwise, the location was great and the actual apartment was very clean and pleasant. Couldn't locate a remote in the unit to adjust A/C settings, but the temperature was okay, and that wasn't a big deal for me. Nice kitchen space and it had a small washing machine for laundry.“

„We arrived at the apartment, exactly 3pm. But what shocked to us the whole apartment was unclean, they were aware we were coming , there must be somebody to have a look if the unit is ready. „Property is ok. But there are some issues with the property.-They won’t send you the check in information unless you do it via a third party page. Here you are asked to 1) register all your personal information (which seems sketchy considering i have already done that via the vrbo app) 2) pay an additional city tax which isn’t mentioned before (why isn’t it included initially when i pay in the vrbo app). „This is a scam. I had been contacting the property owner so many times and did not get any response. I contacted VRBO and the agent was also contacting him but did not get any response as well. We went to the property in Milan but there was no way we can get in. Imagine the stress I went through. I was so furious. Please do not be a victim of this scammer. “
