„Wir haben sehr spontan für drei Nächte ein Zimmer in dieser Wohnung gebucht - und würden wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit César hat perfekt funktioniert, er ist sofort erreichbar, hilfsbereit, höflich und ein perfekter Gastgeber. Man darf für den Preis natürlich keinen Luxus erwarten, es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung mit mehreren (eher abgenutzten) Zimmern und drei Bädern, war früher eine Studenten-WG. Laut César wird aber alles renoviert. Wir waren wirklich nur zum Schlafen und Duschen ...

„This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!“

„This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!“

„Los servicios son de 10, la decoración de la entrada de la cada es exquisita y la habitación tiene todos los detalles para pasar una estancia agradable. La limpieza muy bien. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la entrada ya que al ser con llave digital nos costó un poco entrar. Aún así mi valoración es de 10 y sin duda lo recomiendo, está en un sitio dónde hay mucho comercio y cerca del centro. Volveremos!! costó un poco entrar“
