„Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da es im Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank gab und leider auch keine Eiswürfelmaschine auf dem Gelände, wurde uns mit Eis für die Kühlbox ausgeholfen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad war etwas abgewohnt. Schönes Gelände mit Sonnenliegen, Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit.“

„Very relaxing stay - in se the hotel is very comfortable - pity that the service in the restaurant and at the reception was poor / that’s were as a guest you know you are not dealing with a family run hotel - staff is there to do the job and make money - restaurant food and service ia poor - hidden costs of 25 usd per day linked to „amenities“ which means you pay extra for the pool and the WiFi, independent if you use them or not. Poor communication at check out! “

„Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. “
