„Property manager was very responsive, and answered every question we had immediately. The property had very tight parking but we managed. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We listened to the waves the whole weekend. Only issue we had was the neighbors used the same staircase on the back and front and we were not used to people walking by our window. But we will definitely rent here again.“

„It was a really nice place. Even though it is shared, we had plenty of privacy. In fact, we stayed 3 days and never saw the roommate mentioned in the post. I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. “

„You cannot beat this location and access to the beach. Right on the sand and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were able to park and essentially not move the car the whole week. The unit has its quirks, such as the location of the bathroom inside the bunk room and older doors that are sticky, but it is very nicely decorated and easy to keep clean due to the size. Kitchen has all of the essentials and the outdoor space can’t be beat. We will definitely be back! Thank you!“

„Great stay… location is ideal right on the beach.. 3 minute walk to the beach.. 5 minute walk to the center of the town. Jamie is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. “

„The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! “

„The house is right on the beach so beach walking, swimming, etc are easy. It also has a big deck in front so sitting and watching the water is very nice. The house is very well organized -- bedrooms are a nice size, the sitting area is next to the dining table, the larger bathroom has a washer and dryer. „We enjoyed are first trip to Plum Island in this cozy beach cottage. The owner was very responsive. We traveled with our two kids and enjoyed the great proximity to the beach (just across the street). Very clean, nice setup and decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable! „Property was great. Stairs up to second floor so this is a middle floor condo with neighbors upstairs and downstairs. Great location to walk to everything, and all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend. “

„As an area native, I was back to visit family in the area for a week with my family. This property is terrific for walking into downtown for coffee, shopping, meals and meeting up with people. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The space itself is terrific, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy lounge area and cozy bedrooms. „We stayed at Emily's for nine weeks, from mid-October until mid-December. Her townhome looks exactly like the pictures, was clean and beyond comfortable. It quickly felt like home. She has a fully stocked kitchen, (we pulled off Thanksgiving with no problems) plenty of towels, blankets, even an air mattress that could be used in the third bedroom if needed.
