It was clean, comfortable and had pretty much all your need when away from home – and it had grill, which gets extra points in my book. Plus, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the arcades, shops and food. As advertised, the parking is tight, but we didn’t have an issue at all. Sean quickly responded to my questions. „We just returned from Plum Island and loved this house. There’s a great sandy area in the back which was great for kids, and the beach is just over the dune. Beautiful ocean views from both of upstairs balcony and covered porch downstairs. Clean, ACs are working. Walking distance to cute restaurants and convenience store. Lots to do in the area. „The stay was great overall. When we entered the rental unit there was a lot of sand throughout, and the trash barrels were full and had not been taken to the curb (they had food items left in them so there were some maggots in the barrels, unfortunately). Aside from some trouble trying to fit our garbage into the barrel before the midweek pickup everything else was pretty smooth. Two things I would suggest is replacing the bug screen on the main sliding door, it’s a wonderful feature to have in ...
