„Parking stinks in Newburyport but you can’t beat the location of this studio apartment. A yapping dog in a neighboring room seemed to be quickly handled by the property owner which we appreciated. Make sure you understand parking restrictions/time limits of the parking beforehand. A great place to explore from and go back to at the end of the night but not necessarily a comfortable room to retreat to on a getaway. “

„I was traveling with my mother-in-law who has mobility issues and I was concerned about accessibility. The owner immediately responded that there was easy access in the front of the house. She had no problem getting in or out. The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.“

„Perfect location on Plum Island. 2 minute walk to breakfast at Mad Martha's. Could not ask for better views! Very clean inside with comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Nice to have access to laundry for sure. Main complaint was outdoor furniture on shared deck space was mostly rusty & broken, not as shown in the photos. We had access to the top floor deck but no furniture up there? There was also construction of a new build going on right behind the house. We ...

„I was attending a concert at SNHU arena with 2 friends and this location was a short drive to the venue. We just needed somewhere to crash for one night and this apartment was clean, had 3 comfortable beds, and the shower worked well. “
