With space for up to 9 guests, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends looking to unwind by the water.

Enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views from multiple decks or take a dip right from your private sandy beach. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming space for everyone. The fieldstone fireplace is not for guest use.

Whether you're lounging by the water or strolling into town to explore Meredith's shops and restaurants, this home gives you everything you need for a memorable stay in the Lakes Region. *Please note there is no waterslide attached to the deck over the water as pictured. Also, the dock pictured will be removed and only the deck will be available with cleats for a boat up to 16'. *

For outdoor furniture there will be 2 round tables and 5 chairs. There will also be 2 outdoor living seats with table and 2 rocking chairs.

While this home offers a peaceful and private setting along the shores of Lake Waukewan, please note that a portion of the beach is shared. Approximately one-quarter of the beach area is privately owned by a neighboring property, and the owners do have access to their designated section. The remainder of the beach and shoreline is exclusive to this home and fully available for guest use, offering plenty of room for relaxation, swimming, and enjoying the lakefront lifestyle.

Deck - The deck is 16' wide and will hold a boat using the cleats. The water is approximately 4' deep. There are 2 large rocks in that area that you must be mindful of with your watercraft.

A dog may be allowed, depending on the size and kind, with a $175 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking.

Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $150.00. Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
