„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „Went to a concert at Van Andel Arena with my 21 year old son. The staff were absolutely AMAZING. They were friendly and welcoming, and gave me perfect directions to get to the Arena (3 minute WALK). I will stay here every time I go to the Arena. They've earned a customer for life!! Keep up the AMAZING work!!! “
