Your outdoor space includes a shady private lanai - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails - and a sparkling private pool, perfect for any time of day. The resort features a huge zero entry pool, private marina, dedicated concierge, direct beach access and bike trails. Beach rentals such as boat, kayak, surfboard, paddle board and life jacket rentals are available for purchase on-site and happy hours, fitness classes and kids entertainment are part of the resorts offerings.

Inside, you’ll find bright white walls, lots of natural light, and brand-new, chic furniture, flooring, and fixtures. An open floor plan combines the living room with a spacious, full kitchen the chef will love. With sleek stainless steel appliances, including a dual oven, tons of counter space, and all the gadgets they need, mealtime magic awaits. There’s room for everyone to eat together in the dining room around the corner, or grab a barstool for a casual snack. At the end of a fun day, return home to relax in the central AC. Hang out poolside, start a friendly foosball challenge, or hang out in either of two comfy seating areas with streaming-capable TVs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
