This spacious home offers the best of Florida living with a large pool, hot tub, and a private dock perfect for fishing, kayaking, or setting out on the Intracoastal. Spend your days practicing on the putting green, playing shuffleboard or corn hole, paddling along the calm waters, or gathering around the BBQ for sunset dinners. Inside, the home is crafted for both comfort and connection—with games, a ping pong table, fireplace, and exercise equipment to keep everyone active and entertained.

Nestled on Florida’s stunning Space Coast, Wander Melbourne Beach offers the best of oceanfront living and coastal adventure. From May through October, the area becomes a prime sea turtle nesting site—an unforgettable natural spectacle. Just minutes from the world-famous Sebastian Inlet, this destination is a haven for surfing, boating, and fishing enthusiasts alike. Dock up to three boats right at home—with a slip accommodating up to a 45-foot vessel—and enjoy on-site fishing or venture to the Sebastian Inlet pier for more action. Nature lovers can explore the Barrier Island Center’s turtle walks, scenic self-guided nature trails, or spot abundant marine and land wildlife. For recreation, there’s pickleball, exercise classes, and a par 62 golf course with casual dining just half a mile away. Families will love the calm lagoon at Sebastian Inlet State Park, while those seeking local flavor can enjoy restaurants accessible by boat and local breweries in Melbourne and Vero Beach. Plus, you can watch rocket launches from Cape Canaveral right from the beach—making every stay here both relaxing and extraordinary.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

SAFETY NOTICE
As the only home with private beach access along this street, it is important to consider tide schedules. Tides can change the experience of swimming, fishing, and even a peaceful walk along the shore — sometimes the beach looks completely different from one hour to the next!

Before you head out, we recommend checking the latest tide schedule so you can plan your time by the water with ease.

POOL HEAT
The pool and spa are available year-round for your enjoyment. The pool is heated to around 84°F, or the spa can be heated to about 100°F. Outdoor conditions like wind, rain, or cold spells may cause minor fluctuations in how warm the water feels. The system runs continuously, and the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
Dock Access & Usage
Unique to this area, the home has both private beach access and a private dock just behind the house, stretching out over the water — a perfect spot to relax or launch a boat. The dock is able to fit vessels up to 45 ft wide. Please take a moment to review these guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and to help protect the local environment.

Homeowner’s Boat
The homeowner’s personal boat is moored on the right-hand side of the dock. This vessel is off-limits and may not be used under any circumstances.

Bringing Your Own Boat
If you’re bringing your own boat, you’re welcome to use the left-hand side of the dock, where tie-up points are available. Please let our Concierge team know in advance so we can help coordinate and make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Note: There are no protective buoys provided, so please make sure to secure and protect your vessel properly.

Wake & Environmental Care
When departing or returning, please keep your wake to a minimum. This helps prevent erosion and protects the mangroves along the waterway — they’re an important part of the ecosystem and must not be disturbed.

Be sure to follow all posted signs and channel rules while on the water.

SECURITY
For security, there may be exterior cameras outside this home. There are no other cameras inside the property.
