„Very nice and relaxing. The House has been modernized in a very charming way. It keeps the old style of the area near the River , but is well equiped with air con and a good kitchen.
Very quite (exept the train passing near by from time to time) and close to the City Center with very good restaurants. The beach is close and also very beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay very much.“

„It was cozy and nostalgic to stay in my childhood home, love the new things and updates that have been done with the place, like the bathroom skylight and central air and also love that some things were left just as they were, the brick fireplace and flooring. Really enjoyed the stay, thank you.“

„The home is very quaint and suitable for extended stays. It was clean however, for a five week stay, I feel the owner should have left more cleaning products and supplies. If I didn't travel in an RV to the property, I wouldn't have had my own vacuum cleaner and supplies. Also, prior to my stay, I asked the owner if it was okay to keep our motor home in the driveway. She informed me it was, but come to find out it against Palm Bay ordinances, which resulted in a three hundred dollar storage ...

„Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer.“

„The view of the moon rising over the ocean each night was absolutely stunning! It would start out red and turn to bright white as it rose. Watching this from the deck off the master bedroom was an unexpected pleasure! We were there for a full moon, and it lit up a path across the ocean that was amazing!“

„As a German family of 4 (2 a/, 2 kids 12 / 15) we spent a 2-week-holiday in July 2023 here. Found the whole setting very satisfying. club is just footsteps away from the beach, has an own private entrance to the beach and a swimming pool inside the resort. whole resort is kept very tidy and accurate. location was situated ideally for our intentions.
