„Very nice and relaxing. The House has been modernized in a very charming way. It keeps the old style of the area near the River , but is well equiped with air con and a good kitchen. Very quite (exept the train passing near by from time to time) and close to the City Center with very good restaurants. The beach is close and also very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.“

The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. „We enjoyed our time here. There was great communication from the start while also answering questions we had. The property was as described, clean, in a safe area and right on the beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins from the patio. It was easy to pop down to the beach as there was access right on the property as well. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys available which was nice. Additionally, it is close to a Walmart, Publix, and many good ...
