Indoor and outdoor living gives enough space for your entire family to spread out. Only 1 mile away from restaurants and the local market. Fish on the pier or on the beach, evening bike rides, watch the sea turtles, view rocket launches, and more! This relaxing home offers many amenities, including; high speed WiFi, Roku/smart TVs, standard cable, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, extra towels and wash cloths, pool towels, extra pillows, pool floats, diving toys, goggles, bikes, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, coolers, yoga mats, boogie boards, board games, and so much more!

Kitchen offers spices, cooking oil, several cutting boards, pots and pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, food storage containers, ice packs, crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, coffee maker, French press, electric tea pot, air fryer, mixer, mixing bowels, and more! As a welcome we have a selection of kcups and teas, creamers, sugars, and coffee syrups. We also have sandwich bags, foil, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies.

Bathrooms have plenty of towels and wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, shaving cream, soap, hair dryers, several rolls of toilet paper, and more!

Each Bedroom offers a smart Roku Tv, large dresser, side table, alarm clock (with usb for charging a phone), a chair, suitcase holder, and a closet (hangers, extra blankets and pillows).

The house is also supplied with sunscreen, aloe, and several other toiletries.
The town of Melbourne Beach requires the names and ages of guests and must confirm that none are a convicted sexual offender/predator.
