Wonderful stay at DoubleTree Jabal Omar. The staff were excellent, the room was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable — after a long day in Makkah, it was always so nice to come back and relax. The Haram is a short walk away, and there is also a buggy service if you don’t feel like walking. Airport transfer can be arranged too, which made everything very easy and reassuring as a solo traveller. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. At first, we had some issues with the check-in staff, which made the arrival a bit stressful. However, the next day the Guest Relations Manager, Shyram, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect.
