„Staff were excellent. Food very good. Appreciated group of 10 having separate area for meals. Not keen on the bath in the bedroom, nowhere reachable to put soap or shampoo. No washbasin in the toilet. Would be better to make shower room with toilet. Bath not easy to get in and out.“

„Amazing property albeit small in a wonderful location. “

„Nice quirky barn conversion and on a working farm if you like that sort of thing. Not well signposted and accessed by a farm track I wouldn't like to negotiate in winter. Given it's a twenty minute walk into Cromford a few tea bags and milk would have been welcome when we got there. Wine nice touch, tea facilities essential. Yes we could have taken our own.. Enclosed shared courtyard good for the dog. Located in a World Heritage site it's ideal for exploring the Derwent Valley including ...

„Fantastic location and lovely cosy place to stay. The steps to the outside garden were very steep so we didn't use that much.The only minor issue were getting some provisions e.g milk, bread etc. We came by train so we were limited by the amount we could bring with us and there is only a small shop selling essential items open untill 6pm in the village. Having said that, there were plenty of places to eat out.“

„The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.“
