Located on the 2nd floor of a small barn-style garage, this property has all you need. Take advantage of all the beauty Goodyear Lake has to offer as you relax, swim, boat and fish. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with pleasant lake views through the trees or on the patio below while enjoying the lush gardens meticulously maintained by your host.

Lakeview Cottage will comfortably sleep 3 in one bedroom with a hand-crafted queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle.  The entire apartment is located on the second floor, accessed by an exterior flight of stairs with a landing midway up. This property is convenient to both Cooperstown and Oneonta baseball tournaments.  You will be sure to feel relaxed when enjoying the waterfront and all the wonderful local wildlife. 

Host/owners are close by in the main residence if you need assistance. The use of the waterfront is shared with your hosts.
