The vacation home offers up to 5 beds and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, microwave, ceiling paddles, iron and ironing board and outdoor shower. Pets are allowed.

From the inner courtyard, a staircase leads to the terrace furnished with umbrellas, sofas and table for outdoor dining.

The area is characterized by ancient and prestigious farms, vineyards, olive groves and wineries with fine wine.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
