Situated on the first and top floor of a small, quiet block of flats, this 74 m² dual-aspect flat features a large, light-filled living area of 40 m².
It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (1 queen-size bed 160×200, 1 double bed 140×190), a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
The living area opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace, offering stunning views of the Calanques mountains, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing.

The flat has air conditioning, allowing you to cool the living area and bedrooms whilst keeping the doors open. Fibre-optic broadband, peaceful surroundings.

Location:
The flat is situated in the La Madrague de Montredon neighbourhood, in Marseille’s 8th arrondissement, between the sea and the Calanques National Park.
Local shops, neighbourhood markets, beaches, walking trails and seaside restaurants are all within easy walking distance or just a few minutes’ drive away.

Transport:
- From Saint-Charles station:
Take the M2 metro (towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel) from Saint-Charles to Castellane
Then board bus 19 (towards Madrague de Montredon). This bus goes directly to La Madrague in around 30 minutes, with services every 7 to 20 minutes depending on the timetable.
- Parking:
On-street parking is free in this residential neighbourhood, but spaces are not reserved.
- Marseille-Provence Airport:
A shuttle bus runs to Saint-Charles station. However, we recommend taking a taxi or a private hire vehicle/Uber for greater comfort.
- Parking is free on the surrounding streets, but not on private property.
