I rented it for my son's graduation from UMM so the location was very convenient... a beautiful 13 minute drive. Highly recommended! The hosts were extremely helpful - excellent communication! “

„Property was great! Very quiet area, great view of the Narraguagus River with access to the shore at low tide for exploring for shells. Though it was cool in the evenings, we enjoyed the firepit twice, wood provided! We saw deer just a few feet away three times during our stay, but we weren't always there at dusk so they could have been there daily.The house is small but enough for 5 of us to be together, eat, and sleep. We made use of the full kitchen more than once. Laundry on-site was handy. ...

„Very nice cottage , and clean. the Picture on your site, makes the Cottage look like it was right on the beach , which it is not. Its on a cliff, which was fine for us , but not fine for children. This is why We took 1 star away from the on line listing“

„This cottage was perfect for our party of 4. The views from the deck were magnificent and we were able to watch the lobster boats. Very tranquil, relaxing and beautiful. The owner had everything we could possibly need for cooking and having a wonderful time. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. . We felt right at home. Ferris was an awesome host who even recommended where to get our lobsters, scallops, haddock and clams. We hope to get back there in the near future. “
