Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, geräumig und super ausgestattet mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer. Man kann hier die Ruhe und Natur sehr geniessen und den Hummerbooten zuschauen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind fantastisch. Der private Strand mit feinem Sand und das flachabfallende Meer ist perfekt auch zum baden. Bei Ebbe gibt es für die Kinder ...

„We loved our stay in this beautiful, secluded oceanfront cottage! The home had everything we needed and the view was absolutely amazing! Stewart's Grocery & Takeout had great takeout pizza and groceries. We enjoyed lovely maple cortados at the Milkhouse Cafe south of Machias, and fantastic lobster bisque at the Public House. Eastport, Lubec, and Pembroke are all an easy drive away. We also enjoyed Lunch on the Wharf in Corea. An unforgetable stay in an unforgettable location.“

„Amazing property! Photos don't capture the beauty of this place. Inside of cabin is unbelievable. Modern fixtures, incredible ceiling fans, light dimmer on all overhead lights, sky lights, large windows and a beautiful bathroom. I could go on. Fully stocked with everything you need, just bring food. To say my dogs enjoyed their stay would be an understatement. „It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.“

„We had a truly wonderful week in Jonesport. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen is great for that, top notch equipment, as nice as our home kitchen plus some spices and sugar and so forth for convenience. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the house and we loved the shack that's on the rocks over the water. „This place was perfect. That porch over looking the lake and the stars. Lots of wildlife to see. The house is perfect, stocked with all the essentials and more then I’ve ever had in a vrbo stay. The cabin is far enough away to be quiet, but close to all the essentials. I’ve been to Machias area a million times, this was the best visit yet. I’ve already booked my week for next year. Next year Im hoping to see a moose.“

„We loved this house and the location! We've stayed in a nearby house for many vacations through the years but needed something bigger, and this house was perfect for us. It's quirky and filled with art, and beautiful ocean views.The upstairs layout is a little funky (one bedroom is only accessible via adjoining rooms, and one large bedroom has the back staircase in it) but it was totally fine for us. Our kids loved the visiting chickens and walking to the beach each morning.“

„Very friendly restaurant staff, easy check in, private, very quiet, comfortable cabin. Excellent Mexican takeout in Millbridge and wonderful beaches and hiking trails around Machias. Great time to buy wild blueberries and enjoy the stark beauty of the barrens. Would visit again!“

„We love Maine summers and Jenny's home is perfect for our family. We look forward to the relaxation and getting away from things for a while. The view out the numerous windows and doors in the back towards Holmes Bay is spectacular. You can see the tides come in and out and the view faces almost due west for great sunset views every evening. The home has all the supplies we need to be comfortable for the week. „Das Haus war traumhaft schön und hatte alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Es ist super gelegen und wir hatten das große Glück ein Feuerwerk in unmittelbarer Nähe unseres Hauses zu sehen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Morgens wach zu werden und aus dem Fenster aufs Wasser zu schauen war Entspannung pur. Als kleine Anmerkung: uns haben Schränke für die Aufbewahrung unserer Kleidung gefehlt, bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens einer Woche ist es nicht so schön aus dem Koffer ...

„This was such an amazing stay, I highly recommend it. Check in was very easy and straight forward. The bathroom was right next to the shed and was very clean inside. We had a bit of a problem with the power, but they fixed it within 5 minutes of me texting them. We had a tour of the farm which was the highlight of my Maine trip. „Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels ...
