"Overall, my stay was okay – you get what you pay for. The beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable, and even though there were always people coming and going, it wasn’t too noisy most of the time. Of course, there were a few guests who snored loudly or kept opening and closing the door a thousand times, but that’s just part of the hostel experience, I guess. The only real downside for me was the bathrooms. The toilets and showers were unfortunately very dirty – with grime, hair, and even some black mold in places. I honestly didn’t go to the toilet once without disinfecting everything first. That’s definitely something that needs improvement. I understand the staff have a lot to do, but if the bathrooms were cleaned more thoroughly and more often (not just a quick wipe-over), the whole place would feel much nicer overall. Apart from that, it’s decent for the price, but the hygiene in the sanitary areas really needs attention."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist mit der Straßenbahn von Amsterdam Central leicht zu erreichen und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe um z.B. Getränke unterwegs günstig zu kaufen. Ein Strand ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar, um nach dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und zuvorkommenden Service. Frühstück und Abendessen sind lecker und ließen keine Wünsche offen."

"War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Hotel liegt direkt an der Metro Endhaltestelle Nord. Man ist sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum innerhalb von zwei Stationen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, wenn das Parkhaus voll ist (Gäste von Tribe und Mercure parken da, ist es sehr schnell voll), da hat man ganz schwer eine andere Möglichkeit zu parken (Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, wir hatten ca. einen Kilometer weiter in einem Wohnviertel geparkt, das war super)!"

"Very easy to reach by public transportation and close to Centraal Station and the harbour, traditional old building with very cozy rooms (mine even got old wooden roof scaffolding and I loved it), super friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful and nice, would book it again! "
