„Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. Called VRBO who patched us through to the host. She explained the code was for a keypad on the door not the lockbox. We couldn’t see that because the outside light was ...
