This listing is for the exclusive use of the upper level of a spacious home. For your complete privacy and peace of mind, the lower level remains vacant during your stay and is not rented out separately.



Step outside onto the climate-controlled patio to soak in the scenery, or follow the gentle slope down to your private beach area and dock in a quiet cove. Spend your days exploring the lake with the provided kayaks or simply unwind in the brand-new hot tub overlooking the water.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking or before entry, whichever is first.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials, including three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and bath towels for your stay.

What to Bring: We strongly encourage you to bring your own life vests to ensure a proper and safe fit for all water activities.
