Great property, nice pool

Overall a very nice property and we had a nice stay with no issues!Our favorite part was eating outside and swimming in the screened patio / pool area… no mosquitoes or other nastys is SUCH a bonus, especially with a kiddo.The property was very clean but we did notice micro ants ready to move in fast if you left any food unattended. That’s pretty common down south so it was easy to just keep things tidy so that it wasn’t an issue.Other reviewers mentioned it’s on a busy road, this is definitely true and it can be a little noisy, but that was reflected in the price of the listing and we felt like it was a small price to pay for the value for money overall. Plus things settle down on Marco Island at a pretty reasonable hour each night.Would recommend!

Beautiful home, great location

Great home, great location! Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. On a busy street, but with the circle driveway there is no problem getting in or out of driveway. This home has all the amenities you need in a home away from home. I do wish there had been a hot tub as our weather when we were there wasn’t the greatest for using the pool.

Beautiful property

This place was amazing! Definitely would come back when we return to Marco Island! So clean and bright, and the layout was perfect for our family of five. Close to everything on the island by driving, and walkable with sidewalks. The house is very well equipped. Wonderful comfortable beds and towels, everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to eat in, a grill, beach towels, and a beautiful pool. Very responsive when I had a question about the pool. Highly recommend!! you will love staying here!

Beautiful house but laundy issues

The house is beautiful, the rooms are huge and all the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are clean and soft. The location is good. The only problem was the laundry appliances the washing machine didn't work during my entire stance, and this was a huge problem for me. I washed by hand everything including the towels we use for the pool and beach. I reported it directly to the agency, and the technician came to the house, but he said the repair parts needed would take more than a week to arrive. The dry machine didn’t work the 1st day, I called to report it, and the technician came the next day and fixed it. The agency didn’t offer any compassion for this inconvenience with the laundry appliances during our stance. It would be nice if they at least offered a late checkout or some refund.
