Three-room apartment with sea view for 4 people

The apartment, with its own private entrance, is part of a property comprising two residential units. The upper floor is occasionally used by the owners during their stays, while nearby there are other apartments with completely separate but adjacent entrances.
The accommodation opens onto a pleasant sea-view terrace, perfect for al fresco breakfasts or enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the Elba Sea. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, small refrigerator, dining area, and a comfortable sofa. On the same level is a first full bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, both with splendid sea views: a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed for two. The latter leads to a panoramic terrace-balcony, ideal for relaxing while admiring the sea and the extraordinary sunsets of the Costa del Sol.
The property also includes a second guest bathroom, practical and functional, for added comfort during your stay.

- Check-in at our offices is from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
