Max Occupancy: 6 (NO MATTER THE AGE - this rule is set by the City of Marathon that states 2 per bedroom plus 2 - NO EXCEPTIONS)
You must be 25 or older to rent. (YOU must be present during entire stay)
You will have to store your boat trailer at a trailer storage in Marathon. Grassy key Marina, The Elks, and Freds Beds have trailer storage at minimal fees. 
Parking enough for one vehicle.
