We visit OBX a few times a year so the weather didn’t stop us from dipping our toes in the ocean and getting sand on our feet. The property was cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and activities. Katy was very responsive and accommodating! “

„The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. „This condo has the best beach view of any condo I have ever seen anywhere. You can see the beach from the kitchen. If it’s cold you can sit by the windows and enjoy the beach just like you are on the balcony. Imagine 2 perfect lounge chairs on the balcony so you can relax and just enjoy the ocean.
